ABOUT SASCHA
For over six years, I’ve been living and working internationally – untethered, with no fixed abode. During this time, I’ve visited over 40 countries, stepped onto every single continent, and experienced incredible places.
What has also shaped me, has been the continued collaboration with Dr. Z: living together, coaching sessions and travel across 20 countries. As a co-author, I’ve contributed to two of his books: “Bring den Müll raus – Radikal ausmisten in neun Schritten” (Translation: Take out the Trash – Radical junking out in 9 steps), with a bonus chapter: “Das 1×1 des Auswanderns” (Translation: Emigrating 101), and the “Trust Chaos Workbook” – currently only available in German. In addition, I created the cover design and all illustrations for both books – as well as the “Trust Chaos” paperback edition. Including design work, I’ve contributed to a total of six books by Dr. Z so far.
Within the ethos of this body of work, these days, I help people to revolutionise their lives, to set themselves free, break down inner barriers, overcome fears and unleash potential – clear-minded, courageous, authentic. For over 18 years, I’ve been working as a coach and mentor, with the last 5 years centred on existential philosophy/therapy.
