AMOR FATI 

For many years, I worked with Dr. Z – lived with him, learned from him – through coachings and shared travels across 20 countries. A “training” rooted not in theory, but in real life, pragmatic philosophy, and intense chaos. I’m a co-author of two of his German books: “Bring den Müll raus: Radikal Ausmisten in neun Schritten” (literally: “Kick Out the Trash – Radical Decluttering in 9 Steps”), with the bonus chapter “Das 1×1 des Auswanderns”(literally: “The ABCs of Emigrating”), as well as the “Trust Chaos Workbook“. I also designed the covers and visual layout for both of these books – and contributed the cover and all illustrations to the “Trust Chaos Mainbook”. Today, I help people transform their lives in the spirit of these books – clear, bold, authentic. For over 17 years, I’ve been guiding people through coaching in personal transformation. I’ve also completed advanced training in existential psychotherapy. This site – AMOR FATI – is my way of supporting Dr. Z’s work and spreading (constructive chaos).
