WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE IN A GROUP ?
A single person will never be that strong, smart and enlightend as a small group of passionate mates. Let’s call this group a cell. Everyone in this cell will grow much faster, more uncompromising and focused than a single person ever could.
SYNERGY IS MIGHTY
Just think about your body, its cells and the organelles inside. A single cell of your body can’t even go to the restroom alone. All cells together create a powerful warrior.
“AMOR FATI” IS LIKE AN ORGANISM
It is built of many small cells. Each cell consists of two to five persons. Three persons are the optimum. They share home, gym, books, time, projects and energy. And they follow a pretty strict routine, similar to life in a traditional monastery – just more free, modern and holistic. Their life is based on four pillars:
BODY. Daily they grow & improve:

MIND. Daily they learn & study:
- read books & articles
- discuss them
- improve rhetorics
SOUL. They feel, love & connect:

WHAT ABOUT MONEY ?
Money is leverage, but never a purpose. Each cell can work on constructive entrepreneurial projects to earn enough money for their lifestyle and actions. They also do this individual. If there is more or less money – they adapt their lifestyle to it, but they don’t really care.
They can also skip that part and live self-sufficient on the countryside. Circumstances are secondary. Every cell creates its own way.
EACH CELL IS A WORLD ON ITS OWN
It can exist alone in a small village, in the mountains or on an island for years. It can flourish, in symbiosis with other cells, in a big city. It can change the place every month – exploring and spreading over the whole planet. It can grow, change, divide, sleep, die, rise, merge and more. It explores and it evolves. It is totally free to set individual priorities and to work on different contents – as long as it sticks to the four pillars.
INTUITION & FLOW
Daily training, studying, meditating, projects, clean eating and so on… Sounds like pressure? Yeah, could be. But it’s not. Actually it helps to improve fitness, health, stability, self-confidence and happiness.
Every cell can decide on its own, how determined it works. One cell can go through a very strict routine every day. Another cell can make it intuitive and with changing priorities.
One cell will just train an hour per day and study or meditate a lot. Another one could study and meditate less and train most of the day. A third one focuses on exploring, being in nature or karma projects.
Like in every organism AMOR FATI-cells can be very different. Some are specialists, some are generalists. All are unique, but based on the principles of life. The four pillars are similar principles, not laws. They bring stability and a lot of freedom.
CHAOS & COSMOS
Cosmos (strict order) brings progress, step by step.
Chaos (intuitive crazyness) can be creative and bring progress, by jump.
What kind of day life works best is a question of individual personality and group dynamics. Strict routine or intuitive approach: both bring progress and flow. Flow and progress are fertilizer for growth and happiness. Happiness and growth are the main aspects of AMOR FATI.
WHO IS IT GOOD FOR ?
AMOR FATI isn’t separating into genders, nations, classes, races or religions. It’s for every body with an open mind inside. We all are the crew on spaceship EARTH. So we have to grow together, find a common base and develope our potential together – instead of just sitting in an office and earn money for a private house and a second car, being afraid of foreign people, poorness and inferiority.
